Refund Policy

All sales are final

Meridian does not offer refunds. Every purchase is final at the moment it completes.

Why

This is digital software that delivers finished, downloadable files immediately. The moment you generate a book you hold its print-ready interior, its cover and its listing copy on your own drive, and a location claim has been recorded in your name. None of that can be handed back.

Decide before you buy

Because of that, the sales pages set out in detail what the tool does, what it does not do, and who it is not for. Read those sections, and use the public availability lookup to confirm the locations you want are free, before you purchase. If anything is unclear, ask first - we would rather answer a question than take a sale someone regrets.

If something is broken

• A refund is not available, but a fix is: email thuthao07082002@gmail.com with your licence key or receipt id and a description of the problem.
• Faults in generation, downloads or account access are corrected at no charge.
• Access problems are usually resolved the same business day.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback does not reverse this policy, and it automatically revokes the licence and releases the location claims held under it. If you have a problem, contact support first - a fault we can fix costs you nothing.
